I am running English version of Windows 2003 IIS FTP server with Asian
language support installed. However, user cannot put, get or view any asian
character files from the ftp server using ftp protocol. Any help is

AFAIK, IIS 6 ftp doesn't fully support UTF8 yet :(

Do you know of a third party freeware ftp server which runs on Windows that
will support Asian characters? Thanks.

Most of the commercial one should support it.
