iis ftp:
I have an FTP site set up using IIS6 and it's running fine. I want to be
able to hide all the client subfolders so that other clients can not see
other client names. I can do this by removing the read checkbox on the
Virtual Directory properties. However, this hides the folder names and their
content even when a user is logged in. What I want is, when a client logs
in, they can then see all the items in their folders. Is there any way to to
this? I've set up the permissions on the folder and access to the folders is
working correctly. I don't know what else to do at this point or if this can
be done at all. Thanks in advance for any info.

how do you map to the client folder? physicall map it to wwwroot?

you can configure the ftproot to some dummy path,
then configure virtual directory 'client1' to map to e.g.
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\client1
then configure proper ntfs permissions.
E.g. client1 has read&write to client1 folder but not client2 folder, etc
