iis ftp : FTP Doesn't always copy files

Hi,

I have setup an FTP site with IIS 6, and created all the correct permissions
on the FTP folder. I used network places to create a connection to the FTP,
and it seems to work great most of thye time. However, sometimes when trying
to copy a lot of files and nested folders at one time, not all the files are
copied over. The folders are created on the server, but some of them are
wjzhang NO[at]SPAM online.microsoft.com (

Hi,

This is most likely a FTP client-side issue other than server-side one.
Instead of using IE as the client, have you tried some dedcaited FTP client
applications like CuteFTP which supports resumable upload/download? I
believe they should be better than IE in case of handling batch of files.
