FTP Password -- iis ftp

I recently installed IIS on my XP Service Pack 2 desktop. Initially, I could
run FTP, as anonymous, but could not replace files, only create new ones.
After foolishly tinkering, I can no longer logon either anonymous or any
other ID. I am running in a domain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should not allow anonymous account for write access, bad idea.
Instead, create an user account then grant appropriate permissions.

the above kb similar for xp. create local account, if you prefer local
account access instead of domain.
