iis ftp : Test SFTP server

i have setup a Secure FTP server in Windows 2003 Server machine.
How to test whether the SFTP server is working from a Windows XP
workstation?

SFTP ? well, depend on what sftp, then establish the secure shell and then
ftp in ?

I believe that's third party or the OP just wrap a secure shell on top of
ftp.
the new IIS FTP 7 supports ftps via tls.
