iis ftp : ftp subdirectories

I have setup a clinet on windows 2003 call them abc I like them to created
and control subdirectories in this folder

(i,e abc creates 123 only 123 can access this folder)


How do I setup on to do this?

Try assigning systems account full controls and read+write for creator owner
account.
