iis security : https:// sites cached?

Does anyone know if https sites are cached?

Caching has pretty much nothing to do with the protocol. Https is just a
protocol. Caching depends on what the server sends back (there's a couple of
headers that control caching) and on the client's settings (IE has a setting
not to cache encrypted pages which is not on by default, Mozilla doesn't
afaik).
