iis security : computer downloading unrequested files

Latley I have noticed that my compter has been
downloading files without me initiating anything. The
icoHow can I tell what my computer is downloading ? How
can I stop it from downloading files ? I use the Windows

What specifically are you referring to in the IIS web server

what application ?
Is it related to IIS ?
if it is IE, you might want to try IE newsgroups.
