iis security: Hi,
I want to restrict access to my web server by Directory
Security IP address and domain name restriction. I have
the range of IP address for example 192.168.1.0 to
192.168.2.255 how can I do that? I don't want to use the
dialog box for obvious reason.

What's the obvious reason? It's not obvious to me.

Do note that IIS web server restrictions only restrict access to a few of
the 130,000 TCP and UDP ports on your server. A firewall or router ACLs is
much better security.

PS you could restrict access to 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 and
192.168.2.0 netmask 255.255.255.0
