download .exe files -- iis security

iis security : download .exe files

Hi,

I do not understand why I cannot download exe files
anymore.
I had installed a fire connect adaptec and since than I
am unable to download file .exe.

i think it's likely you have execute permissions enabled on the
directory they're in, and IIS is therefore assuming you want to run them
as CGI executables

zip them, or take away the execute permissions
