iis security : FTP root home directory

Hello. In IIS 3.0 you used to be able to create a user
for ftp and set their virtual home directory. This giving
everyone a private home. I can't seem to find how you
would do this in IIS 5.0. It seems to take everyone to
the main home directory. Only NTFS security keeps them
out of other folders. Is there a way to set the private
root for each user?

Thanks Keven
