Get a pop-up stopper. You can search the web for one, or a good one is
Pop-Up Stopper Companion, I actually forgot I had it running it runs so
seamlessly (site is www.panicware.com )

Please try to keep posts in the appropriate group though - what does this
question have to do with IIS?
