Hello, Every time we restart our computer a homepage we
don't want resets itself. I change it back to google and
when I turn the computer on the next day a homepage called

How does IIS deal with Inprocess DLLs and their permissions?
Is this why IIS seems to 'cache permission' settings? -- i.e., changes
to file permissions which should be reflected the next time the file
is OPENED by a user are not necessarily reflected until IIS is restarted.

What is the setting on IIS to stop page caching. In my indivdual ASP pages I
set Response.Expires= 0 .
This will ensure that the page is not cached on the cliaent machine.
Is there a setting on IIS tiself to stop pages being cached on the server?
is this possible?

I need some help please. After I reinstalled iis there is
a process that creates files (tftpxxxx, where x is a
random number). As these file are created Norton detects
