iis security : I tried to post a message a few minutes ago and nothing shows

Even though Microsoft said my message would appear in a
few seconds, nothing showed in several minutes. Wonder
what happened? I've had three messages on my Yahoo
account from Microsoft. The subject telling me to use the
patch immediately was preceded by icon that has paperclip
on a rectangle white box shape. Since Microsoft has been
attacked by a virus, I'm checking to see if that email was

Hi Hazel,

In all honesty, the news servers have been under quite a bit of stress the
past few says and as a result not every message is posting (but it's getting
much better). Anywho, Microsoft wasn't hit with the virus, rather someone
made a virus to look like it's from Microsoft. It isn't. Microsoft never
emails/posts hotfixes. Also, this is a newsgroup for IIS (a web server)
security. In the future, please try to post messages in the group that
would fit them best

I thought it was just my ISP and/or connection that was having
problems. Apparently not....
