User certificates, IIS and SSL -- iis security

I have a website that requires users to load and install a
certificate from my CA. I no longer want them to have to
do this but I can not find out how to turn this feature
off. I am running IIS 5.

Could someone please point me at the right KB article? I
would greatly appreciate it.

In the IIS Manager, right click on your site, select Properties, then
click the Directory Security tab. Then click the bottom button (Edit),
and click the checkbox that says either "accept client certs" or "ignore
client certs".
