Im using "host headers" to run multiple websites and Frontpage to author.

Frontpage creates a sub-folder in Default Websites but I also create a new
website for the host header which appears on the same dir level as Default
Website in IIS.

Q. If I want to restrict access to authenticated users for a given page
within my website where should I administer the file permission? As I have 3
options:

1) Navigate to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mysite etc
2) Sub folder in IIS-Default Website (created by Frontpage)
3) "Host Header" Site, at same level as Default Website in IIS

With thanks

c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mysite...is where you're going to restrict the
permissions. Assuming that the site and virtual directory are pointing to
the same location, access to both of these resources will be resricted.
