iis security : Access to a web site stopped because of cookies

Hello,

I have a server with Windows Server 2003 and I created a web site through
the "Site Manager".
The default folder of this site contains an index.htm. This site is
connected on the 8089 port.
When I try to open this site from my computer, the following message appears:
"Some cookies have been stopped based on your confidentiality status"
(translated from the french!), and the web site is reloaded all the time.
I tried to change the confidentiality of IE on my computer but the problem
remains.
I did the same operations (create a web site on port 8089 based an a folder
with the same index.htm inside) on a server with Windows Server 2000 and
there is no problem.
Is the security of the web site not well defined? Where can I configure the
security to be sure that there is no problem of acces from other computers?
Thank you.

This does not appear to be an IIS problem - the problem is with your
Internet Explorer security settings which are denying some cookies.

Cheers
Ken
