Can't create a file via FSO

I can create file on my ISPs server, I can see files on my local testing
server.
I can not create a file on my testing server, not very good for testing eh?

Every 1-5 seconds I receive in IIS 6.0 log 401 errors but none of them
appeares in client browsers. IE processes pages normally without errors, but
with delays(sometimes long delays).

Hi, someone could help me to understand that error msg:
FTP Server could not create a client worker thread for user at host
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. The connection to this user is terminated. The data is
the error.
It was from IIS 6.0 and windows server 2003.

I have been running my dedicated remote webserver without anti-virus
protection since I leased it 2 years ago. I don't think that it has been
infected but I don't want to take any more chances.

When attempting to get a Web Page from a SSL Web Site on IIS 5
using IE6 SP1 located on the same computer as the Web Server
