iis security : Outlook express error "MSIMN has caused error in directdb.dll"

Outllook express can not receive emails. I get the error message msimn has cuased an error in directdb.dll
Any help pleas

Bummer. Easily fixed though. Try the Outlook group or Google for
specifics on how, since you can't fix it in IIS even if you had
installed it.
