iis security : Outlook Address Book Access

My children go to a school that uses Outlook.
Recently kids have been sending harrassing emails
to the entire school by highlighting everyone's
address in the system address book. Is there a way
to take away their ability to access this address
book?

Not using IIS, but likely in other ways. Try an Outlook group for
help, not the IIS secuirty group.
