iis security : Creating Sub-Folders in IIS

Using IIS on windows XP pro.

We have a requirement for the com object to be able to create
sub-folders within a folder on our web site

So you would end up with a tree that looks like this

\inetpub\wwwroot\a
\inetpub\wwwroot\a\user1
\inetpub\wwwroot\a\user2
\inetpub\wwwroot\a\user3

The problem is that when the system goes to create seperate
sub-folders (e.g. user1, user2 etc) it fails.

We are using annoymous access with the default logon on the a folder.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked the permissions?......

Additionally, are you using a script to create the folders, and if so.....
can you post the code your using to do it?
