iis security : how do I alter security settings for xp?

When I'm on a web page and I want to purchase
something,when I try to pay for it it always goes
to "this page cannot be displayed". I don't know how to
get around this. I'm sure it's something in my security
settings but I'm not sure what. Can someone please help

maybe.. but this is not the group.
Try IE newsgroups and report to the vendor site.
