iis security : ClassFactory cannot supply requested class???

I am not quit sure why I am get this error, because every
thing was working and then all of a suddon, it started to
give me this error when I tried to go to my web page:

HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error
Internet Information Services

ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

If you need to know what line three of 'includes.asp' is,
here is part of the code:

I installed 'Empires: Dawn of the Modern World' and then
it stopped working. It's a game that requires Direct X 9

have you try uninstall the product ?
