For starters, which port are you running your site on, 91 or 88?

I am running sites on every port from 80 to 104.
The situation is the same for every site, and it occured suddenly on all
sites.

Suddenly as in you installed or changed something?

Try:

Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings ->
Uncheck everything.

There was the problem. I configured proxy server, (just installed ADSL, and
got problems with websites using frames) and by checking the box for
"bypass for local adresses" the problem was solved.
Thank you for taking time to help :-)

Hilde.
