iis security:
I'm posting this for a friend. He has a large collection of images on
his server. Occasionally people will use software to download the
entire collection (3 Gig) at once, sucking up his bandwidth. Is there
a way with IIS to stop people from doing this?

Attenuate bandwidth control package for IIS will handle this (and do
some other neat stuff).

but IIS does not have an option about bandwith?
