Microsoft WebFolders Error Copying files using SSL -- iis security

I recieve an error message "an error occured copying some or all of the
selected files" while copying files to a Web Folder using webdav over SSL.
It does not seem to make a difference what file types or sizes I try to
copy. The sizes range from 2kb to 80kb. I have tried pdf, txt, jpg. The
error is random. Somtimes it will occur on the first file somtimes all the
files will copy fine somtime half way through a group of files it will error
out. When I switch to webdav over http instead of over https it seems to
work fine everytime.

I am using Windows XP and 2000 clients with IE 6.0 SP1 with all of the
updates to connect to a Windows 2000 SP4 IIS 4.0 server with all of the
updates.
