iis security: Issue: Migrated secure web from NT4(sp6a)/IIS5 Server to windows
2000(sp4)/IIS5 Server, exported/imported the certificate. New server will
not listen on 443 if assigned to an individual web. It will listen if 443 is
assigned to the root (default) server.

Sniffing the connection shows normal communication until the handshake. Then
the conneciton just hangs and never times out.

Has anyone else bumped into similar issue?
