iis security: Can students who are logged into a domain publish a
FrontPage web to c:\localhost without being set up as an
administrator on the local machine? If so, specifically

This is a question for the FrontPage/Sharepoint people.
It is not an IIS related issue.
c:\localhost would have to be a folder in the c:\ drive,
and it would have to have NTFS permissions that allow
those accounts to write there, probably in form write for
subfolders only to Users, and modify for this folder,
subfolders, and files granted to Creator Owner
