One day my pc using explore5.1 stopped getting on all
sites begining with the IP address 191 please help

Hi, Ben

IIS is a microsoft web server, and has nothing to do with your problem. Your issue is with Internet Explorer, so you need to post in an IE newsgroup

And, since IE 5.1 is no longer supported by MS, best of luck
