SSL issue -- iis security

iis security : SSL issue

Hi,

I got "The page can not be displayed" message after I did
the following steps:
1. Installed the Certificate
2. Type the SSP port # 443
3. Checked Require SSL box
4. Restart computer
But still not working.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Here is SSL diagnostic tool.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=cabea1d0-5a10-41bc-83d4-06c814265282&DisplayLang=en

You can run it on your server and check the log for any problems.

Do you have private key for the certificate?
What if you try to connect to https://localhost/

a) What is the error message down the bottom of the page?

b) What version of IIS? What operating system? Where did you get the
certificate from?
