iis security : SFTP Server 2003

Wondering if it is possible to install SFTP with IIS 6.0 or whether i would
still need to install a third party software.

There's no "SFTP for IIS", but have you tried using WebDAV over HTTPS?

Third party. Microsoft doesn't have SFTP.
