iis security : Trust my own CA ;ssl certificate is not from a trusted publisher

Hi Dennis,

To avoid this the client would have to trust your CA server certificate
(installing your SSL certificate is not enough)...

If you setup your own Microsoft CA here is where you can download CA
certificate:

Open Web Interface for your CA server and go to Download a CA certificate,
certificate chain or CRL. Here click on Download CA certificate. Save the
file and transfer it on the client (all your clients and servers that will
access your OWA server. Double click on it and follow the wizard. Default
values should be OK. Once you install it, all the certificates
issued on this CA will be trusted.

How did you issue the certificate?

Usual Web Interface URL for Microsoft CA is ... http://caserver/certsrv

where caserver is name of the server where you installed CA...

My goal is to get outlook web acces working, wihout SSL errors. It know says
my ssl certificate is not from a trusted publisher. When I choose install
certificate , the message appears again the next time. How can I get my
server on the trusted publishers list of my windows XP workstation. what am i
