I have a user that is logging in to Exchange 2003 Webmail and trying to
change his password from there, but he gets error -2147024891 every time he
tries; I have duplicated this several times from my desk. We require complex
passwords. Is there something I'm missing here to try to get him to be able

are you specifying the domain in the asp files?

had the same thing here, found we fat fingered the domain name

I checked that and the domain information on that server is correct.
