iis security : 403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified (URL).

On my IIS5.0 Web Server I have the Default Web and another
Website: www.myWeb.co.uk for example. Both have the same
IP address. On my Local Network both Web sites are
accessible without any problems. However, outside the
local Network, when trying to access www.myWeb.co.uk the
following error is displayed:

403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform
Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator.
(12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server

There are no problems with the Default Web. Looking at
the configuation the only difference is that
www.myWeb.co.uk uses a Host Header. Both have the same IP
address.

Is this a problem with the way that IIS is configured? If
so why can the site be accessed within the local Network?

Any ideas please?

Hi,

Check your firewall (ISA -- Internet Security and Acceleration Server)
configuration. Based on error that you receive it looks like it is the
firewall (ISA) that is blocking requests to www.myWeb.co.uk...
