iis security : only access to ftp for administrator's group

Hi

I set via IIs on windows 2000 server sp4 an ftp site with one directory
accessible.
The permissions on this directory are full to everyone but, only users who
have administrator's right can log on this ftp;

when a user don't have administrator's rights, the error message is "login
or password incorrect" but all is correct lol.

I don't understand why

OK? I found the problem

User must have "local user access" permission to acces to the ftp

Err Msg: 530 User <Username> Cannot Log In. Login Failed.
