iis security : Dumb basic question

I need to enable script debugging for a site that is held as a subfolder of
\inetpub\wwwroot but the Configuration button on the Directory tab of the
IIS snap-in properties dialog for this folder is greyed out. What
permissions do I need to access this button? I'm using XP Home SP2 with IIS
5.1 loaded from an XP-Pro upgrade CD. Can anyone please help?

TIA
Chip

Thanks for that. I didn't just upgrade because the upgrade CD tells me that
the current version of XP on the machine is too far ahead for it to upgrade.
Guess I'll have to re-install. Funnily enough it serves up the site OK but I
can't debug the asp bits.

Thanks again
Chip

Using IIS on XP Home isn't supported and you may find things like this
can't be resolved. Since you had a legitimate license for XP Pro to
install IIS from, why didn't you just upgrade to XP Pro?
