On your webserver you have a user called IUSR_<web-server-name>. E.g. if
your server is called "Web1" then the account is IUSR_Web1
Create an account on your print server called IUSR_Web1 and give it the same
password as the account on the webserver box.
Then, on the print server, give the PrintServer\IUSR_Web1 account permission
to print to the printer.
