iis security : IP Address and Domain Name Restrictions button greyed out - Help !

I just re-installed XP Pro SP2 (Total wipe and install) on my computer and
after installing IIS the IP Address and Domain Name Restrictions button in
Directory Security is greyed out. The only IP allowed access to the server
is 127.0.0.1 my own computer.
Before the re-install all computers on my network had access to the server.
The original install was done using an XP Disk without SP2 and I did the
updates from the web. This time I used an XP Disk with SP2 to save time on
the updates. Is there something in SP2 the does not allow me to change the
IP access restrictions?
How can I fix this?

Thanks

Nope Firewall is disabled.
After installing windows I disabled the firewall, (I am using a wireless
router that has a built in firewall) then loaded iis using add components in
add or remove programs. after loading, I checked and the button was greyed
out - and has been since.

Thanks Chris
Chis is actually my third install. on the second install, I couldn't connect
from another computer(I don't know why now) and when I went to directory
security it was greyed out, I assumed this was the reason other computers
couldn't access the server. When I loaded this last (3rd) time, I went
straight to the directory tab and when I saw it was grey I didn't even try
to connect from another computer, I just assumed I would not be able to. I
just tried to connect from another computer on the network and it worked -
dumb me.
Again Thanks.

IP restriction is not a feature available for XP Pro, so somehow somewhere
you installation went wrong and have the restriction configured. You can't
do it via GUI, so try to get metaedit, then explore the ipsecurity field
then remove it there.
