iis security : Install ssl cert from hacked 2000 server to new 2000 server without backup file

Hi,

One of our customers had their 2k server hacked, and of coursed didn't
make a backup of the ssl cert. We have the CSR and the .cer response
file from the installation. There must be a way to re-install the
cert without the .pfx backup file???

Get it re-issued. If you did it through Thawte, the process is automated on
their web site.
