iis security: I'm investigating a Wildcard Verisign certificate for my server (intranet,
internet, special app websites). What I'm wondering about is forcing the
user to have 128bit encryption on the pages I've designated as https. If I
try to use "In the Secure Communications dialog box, click the Require secure
channel (SSL) check box, click the Require 128-bit encryption check box, and
then click OK.", it's for the whole website, right? If I only want it for
the pages in which I indicate https, what are your suggestions? Ideas?

Thanks, Janet

Hi,

128bit security refers only to connections using SSL/TLS (i.e. HTTPS). So,
checking that checkbox appears to be what you want.

Way cool. Glad I was wrong.
