Setting for SMTP on IIS -- iis smtp nntp

Dear,

I am using WIN2K SP 4 Server ,
I wan to Config my application send mail form the SMTP on IIS

What I need to Know Is that , Allow all abc.com domain send to abc.com domin
only and without any password ,
How can I do,

I have try it but not success

A) Is your SMTP server accepting mail for abc.com?
B) When you say "any abc.com can send mail", is this based on reverse DNS
lookups? Or just based on the from: address in the email? Or based on the
UPN of the user's Windows account?
