iis smtp nntp : NNTP Question

I am going to setup NNTP on my Server.
Have read some book about NNTP.

My question is:
How to setup News Reader Software to connect to my news server?
Outlook Express need to add "news.microsoft.com" then i can download groups.

How to my setup my "news.mydomain.com"?
