How to delete Default Newsgroup in NNTP?
I tried to delete or rename default newsgroup in NNTP.
I try stop NNTP and start again.
the default newsgroup came back to the list.

I believe the answer is that you cannot get rid of it. The only thing you can
do is change the permissions so that the folder is not visible to anyone.

the only default group is microsoft.public.ins.
you can safely remove this one, but not those control.* groups. these groups
are required for NNTP to function.
