Hello,

Do you have any information in the SMTP log? This can happen if the remote server has considered your server to be used for sending spam, and therefore drops the connection. Sometimes, a message about this is logged in the SMTP log.

If this happens for one domain only, it could be a good idea to contact this domain, and see if they have you on such a list.

We don't enable the smtp log due to limited space, we
will contact that domain to help us to solve the
problems, thanks.
