pop3 under windows 2000 server

I am trying to set up a SMTP server in Windows server 2000. I already installed the SMTP virtual server and now I am trying to find the pop3 protocol to go along with it. Any suggestions? I cannot believe that win2k server includes SMTP but does not include POP3. Is there one I can do... more >>

email responses straight out through the IIS SMTP virtual
server. We do not have the ability to pass these messages

I have a multihomed colo server (Windows 2003 Standard) that's hosting
mail, web, and some other services. 5 domain names are associated with
this server.
4 domains receive mail on one IP address using an e-mail proxy

I setup the Microsoft NNTP server on Windows 2000 to use
SSL. I then tried to connect to the server using outlook
express 6 on the same subnet. I get the following error
when I try to download the list of newsgroups:

for some reason I dont see my SMTP virtual servr in IIS (Windows 2000 IIS
5.0), I already removed and reinstalled SMTP, print and file sharing is

I'm using ASP.NET to send emails from mydomain.com. It works fine on a W2K
server where mydomain.com has a website and a DNS record on the server. But
now, I put the same code on a second/new W2K server and I get the "unable to
relay for whatever@mydomain.com" error!
