CDONTS not sending mail

I am sending email messages from an asp page using CDONTS. I get no error, but the mail is not sent. I have looked at the \mailroot\drop folder and my messages are getting placed there. I am running W2K3/SMTP/POP3 for my home office and I am getting more and more attempts to relay from my server. Most of them are coming from: china9988@21cn.com address. I SMTP relay into an exchange server. Something magical happened sometime over the holiday weekend and now I have 4,000 stupid NDR emails along with some actual valid emails sitting in my SMTP queue. I yanked all the delivery times down to 1 minute and squashed all connection timeouts to 1 minute...more >>
