I think the bounces would become NDR. I'm not sure how you have it setup,
but the SMTP server would only accept mail for the domains listed in the
domains. Everything else is ignored. Going the other way, anything that it
can't deliver would become a NDR, a copy of which wold be sent to the
postmaster.

WinXP or Win2003? The option is available on Win2000 (IIS5), both
Workstation and Server. I see it's not available on WinXP (IIS6), but I
think it's still available on the Win2003 server. In that case, the only way
to change the default domain for WinXP would be to change the Full Computer
Name in the Computer Name tab of the System properties. The FQDN would be
computername.domain.
