One of our users received this message tryin to post to our internal News
server (NNTP). Any ideas on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'Re: subject matter
goes here', Account: 'server name', Server: 'server name', Protocol: NNTP,
Server Response: '437 (648) Transfer Failed - Do Not Try Again -- The
Article is too large', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 437, Error
Number: 0x800CCCA9

Sounds like you have a restriction on the size of posts that the NNTP server
will accept, and the user's post is over that limit...

Some NNTP clients allow the user to "break apart" messages into multiple
messages. In Outlook Express, this is under Tools -> Accounts -> News ->
News Account -> Properties -> Advanced
