HELP - SMTP and X400 addresses not created with new account in AD.

Recipient Policy is set to create addresses. None appear on AD E-mail
addresses tab.
Problem occurred after IE patch was applied and system rebooted. Should not
be related.
In Exchange administrator accounts appear to create but orphaned and not
tied user accounts.

This sounds like an Exchange/AD issue, please re-post your question to
microsoft.public.exchange2000.general or
microsoft.public.exchange2000.active.directory.integration.
