HELO/EHLO domain is invalid -- iis smtp nntp

Hello,
When I send a message to a specific address I get the
error
<msxvs01.trivadis.com #5.7.1 smtp;554 5.7.1 This message
has been blocked because the HELO/EHLO domain is invalid>

Well, except this special address the communication to
all other domains is successfully.

Where should I start searching to correct this problem?

Hi Pat,

Isn't possible that the SMTP Service tells the local domain name during
EHLO/HELO and the receiving email server performs some kind of validation
(e.g. FQDN) on it?
